This page explains which cookies AIPoweredTesting uses on ai-powered-testing.com and in the Super-admin console. We use functional cookies only. There is no tracking, no advertising, and no third-party analytics in the current phase.

1. Functional cookies we use

• Session cookie (authentication JWT) — set when you sign in to the Super-admin console; required for the session. Not set on public marketing pages.
• CSRF protection token — set briefly when you submit a form (the public early-access form, Super-admin actions) to protect against cross-site request forgery.
• Language preference — stored locally in your browser (localStorage), not on our servers. Strictly speaking this is not a cookie, but we mention it here for transparency.

2. What we do NOT use

• No tracking cookies.
• No advertising cookies.
• No third-party analytics cookies — specifically, no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no Hotjar, no Mixpanel, no Amplitude.
• No fingerprinting, no cross-site identifiers, no behavioural profiling.

3. Consent

Functional cookies that are strictly necessary to operate the Service are exempt from consent requirements under GDPR Article 5.3 and the ePrivacy Directive. Because we use only such cookies, no cookie banner is displayed. If this ever changes — for example, if we add analytics or tracking — we will update this page and prompt for consent where legally required, well before any change takes effect.

4. Changes to this Notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The current version is always available at ai-powered-testing.com/legal/cookies. Material changes — especially any addition of non-functional cookies — will be communicated by email to the account address associated with your access and by a banner on the Service at least 30 days before they take effect.
