Frequently asked questions
Will my test data leave my machine?
Your app builds and source code never leave your machine. Test scripts and run results (screenshots, logs, reports) sync to our secure backend so your team can review sessions from any device. Run data is kept for 90 days, then automatically deleted — see our Data Retention Policy.
Do you support Windows or Linux?
macOS-only today. Windows and Linux are on our waitlist.
Do I need Xcode or Android Studio installed?
Yes. We don't bundle them — they're large and you'll need to update them separately. The app checks and guides you through installation on first launch.
When do paid plans open?
After the closed beta. We'll email you.
Is this invite-only forever?
The closed beta is invite-only. After launch, anyone can subscribe.
How do I send feedback?
Inside the app — there's a "Send feedback" button. Or reply to any email from us.
How long do you keep my test results?
Run results — screenshots, logs, and reports — are guaranteed for 90 days after the run, then deleted automatically. The tests you author stay for the life of your account. Need evidence for longer? Export the session report before the window closes.
Who can see my test data?
Only your organization. Tests, sessions, and artifacts are scoped to your team with role-based access. We never sell your data and never use it to train AI models.
Does it work with Flutter or React Native apps?
Yes. The engine reads the screen visually, the way a human does, so the UI framework doesn't matter — native, Flutter, React Native, and web views all work the same.
How much will it cost?
The closed beta is free. When paid plans open, pricing is US$30 per seat per month, taxes included, with at least 30 days' notice before billing starts.
Can I test apps I don't own?
No. You may only test applications you own or are authorized to test — testing third-party apps without permission violates our Terms of Service.
What happens when my beta access expires?
A redeemed beta code grants 30 days of access. When it ends, you can request an extension directly from the app.
