Data Retention Policy

This policy explains how long AIPoweredTesting keeps the data you create while using the Service, and when it is deleted. It complements our Privacy Policy (which describes what we collect and why) by answering a single question: for how long? Every piece of data you entrust to us falls into exactly one of the categories below.

1. Data kept for the life of your account

The following is retained for as long as your account is active, so your workspace is always intact:

• Test content you author — test scripts, scenarios, presets, suites, and plans.
• Application catalog — the applications you register for testing, including test-file metadata (name, version, checksum, download URL). The build binaries themselves are never stored by us (see section 4).
• Account, organization, and team data — profile, organization settings, memberships, invitations, and subscription records.

When your account is deleted, personal data in this category is removed within 30 days, as described in the Privacy Policy. Audit logs are kept for 12 months on a separate compliance window.

2. Run data: the 90-day guarantee

Data produced by executing a test run is retained on a rolling window:

• Run artifacts — screenshots, execution logs, device logs (logcat), and HTML reports.
• Run history — per-session records: which test ran, on which device, pass/fail outcome, timestamps.

We guarantee this data remains available for 90 days after the run. It is never deleted before day 90 while your account is in good standing. After the 90-day window, automatic deletion is scheduled and completes at approximately 104 days — the extra margin is an operational buffer, not an extension you should rely on. Both artifacts and run history expire together.

If you need a run's evidence beyond 90 days, export it (session export / HTML report download) before the window closes.

3. Operational data

• Backups — 30 days rolling, for disaster recovery only.
• Product telemetry — 24 months, then aggregated or deleted.
• Crash reports — 12 months.

4. What we never store

• Build binaries (.apk / .ipa) — the Service references your own download URL or a build attached locally on your machine. Your builds never touch our servers.

5. Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available at ai-powered-testing.com/legal/data-retention. If we ever shorten a retention window, the change will apply only to data created after the change takes effect, and we will give at least 30 days' notice by email and/or a banner on the Service.
